China Trek - 10th-19th May 2012 

For a country with the biggest population in the world China remains largely untouched by the west. It is a beautiful country steeped in tradition, history and mythology. For those with a passion for culture and a sense of adventure – China leaves an indelible mark on all who go there... Come trek with us… Minimum sponsorship level £3,000

Vietnam Cycle 25th October-5th November 2012

If you have ever wanted to do an exhilarating challenge for charity here is your chance. Action Duchenne are looking for adventurous volunteers to cycle in Vietnam taking in some of the worlds most breathtaking landscapes. Minimum sponsorship level £3,500

Costa Rica Trek 22nd November- 2nd December 2012

The beauty of Costa Rica is staggering, from dense tropical rainforest to rich flora and fauna to forest clad mountains to sparkling blue seas this trek has it all! For those looking for a rewarding challenge through remote and rarely visited regions this trek will not fail to impress. Come trek with us... Minimum sponsorship level £3,500
