If you aren't into running or youv'e out run yourself then get on your bike and cycle4life. 2008 has lots of cycle events that you can take part in and raise funds for a cure for duchenne. If you want to be sponsered to do a bike ride you could do the Taff Trail in Wales or the Life Cycle (dates to be confirmed). If your bored with 'ol blighty' then why not take your bike on holiday and get sponsored to do an overseas bike ride. Why not cycle through the himalayas to the base camp of Mount Everest.
