Become a member of Action Duchenne
As a member of Action Duchenne you will be asked to pay a minimum subscription of £10/month. Simply use the secure CAF Direct Debit online form by clicking the link opposite or call us at Action Duchenne 0208 556 9955 and we will send you a paper form to complete.
What is a member?
We will provide newsletters, leaflets, news of lobbies and events and other campaign materials to help us to achieve our goal of Government and other major funding of new clinical trials in promising areas of research over the next 5 years.
We will organise National Events like the Love Run, Taff Trail cycle Event to fundraise and raise awareness of our campaigns and DMD.
Action Duchenne will also provide direct funding to take forward research projects that are most likely to lead to therapies in the near future.
As a member you will be able to help to direct the activities of Action Duchenne through our website, workshops, Action Group meetings, our Annual Conference and AGM.
A member must be over the age of 16 years and over the age of 18 years to be a Director or to vote at our Annual General Meeting
By submitting the Direct Debit form and on regular payment of the £10/month or more membership fee you agree to support the objects of Action Duchenne Ltd - "The relief of persons with Duchenne and Becker Muscular Dystrophy through such means as are charitable by Law" as defined in the Action Duchenne consitution.
