Emerald Mobility is passionate in joining ActionDuchenne in their fight against DMD. Tracy Barrett Step son Matthew lives with DMD and she understands disability and the stresses and strains of the being disabled. At Emerald Mobility we care, Emerald Mobility was set up by Tracy, due to the fact that there are a lot of people and families who need equipment and help, but cannot access it through the authorities. We offer a range of funding options including facilitating charity funding for customers. Being Disabled does not mean that you have to stop living your life, wheelchairs and mobility equipment are there to prolong your independance and improve your quality of life. Wheelchair can be customised in your colour and designs. They can reflect your personality. Life is for living. THE ASSESSMENT

Appointments in the comfort of your Home, School or Care settings.

Mobile Clinics within the South West.

Enquire about our designated clinic days.

We will discuss your requirements.

A detailed consultation will take place with a risk assessment.

Our recommendation will be based on the information you have given us.

Your details remain confidential, and will not be passed on to third parties unless you have advised us do so. (eg. charities, professional reports)

Follow up home visit if required.

You will be supplied with a quotation, once you have decided on your choice of chair.

YOUR WHEELCHAIR

When you order your chair, it will be made specifically for your requirements.

It will be in your choice of colour and can be personalised e.g. transfers and number plate.

It will be fitted with the prescribed seating.

DELIVERING YOUR CHAIR

The Chair will have a Pre-delivery Inspection.

It will be fitted to your exact requirements.

Detailed Handover, ensuring that you are confident in all aspects of the chair.

A final test drive, to ensure you are confident with your chair.

AFTERCARE

A follow up call 2 weeks after handover.

Free seating review and MOT 12 months after delivery.
