My partner Carl, along with several work colleagues from GlaxoSmithKline in Dartford, have organised a Charity Bike Ride on behalf of Action Duchenne.

On 18th May 2010, they will complete a 27 mile bike ride along The Viking Coastal Trail - whilst wearing Viking Hats!!!
The ride will commence at 10am from Reculver Castle, Herne Bay with a stop-off planned, once they reach Broadstairs.
