My Action Duchenne Goals

I would love to raise a little money for Action Duchenne. My close friend Vicki Palfreyman's child, Korben, suffers from Duchenne's Muscular Dystrophy. In the past she has raised a lot of money for the charity and I would like to raise more to add to her good work

Last year I organised a team of individuals to compete in a 5Km race on the 30th of October and ended up making £1000 for charity!

This year I hope to organise another event. Juggling work, training, running my boxing gym and organising another group of fundraising folk won't be easy, but will be nice to do again!

About Me

I am a great believer that you should include charity in whatever you choose to do. 'Putting back' into a cause that means a lot to you will mean a lot more to others.

I currently run a company that provides a wide spectrum of folk with exercise specialists for their fitness needs. This is built on the foundation of my educational background in Sports Science & Physiology with the emphasis of educating people to get out and be active.

Hopefully I will not only raise awareness of Duchenne's Muscular Dystrophy, but also reach people and make them realise that they have a body that functions well and that they need to use it to the fullest!
