I enjoy all types of films and enjoy going to the cinema as much as possible. My favourite movies include:

Lord of the Rings, Transformers, National Treasure I & II, Hot Fuzz, Tropic Thunder, The Matrix & Pirates of the Carribbean etc.

Music

I often listen to Kerrang radio on full volume - for people who haven't given up on life!

About me

Hi, my name is Adam. I was born 1st October 1992. I am 18 years old and I have a disability called Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy.

I live in South East London and attend Treloar College. I am studying BTEC Travel and Tourism level 2.

I try my best to be as upbeat as I can about my condition, but sometimes the restrictions it places on me and my reliance on other people can be really frustrating.

I would be interested in meeting and chatting with other young men with Duchenne.
