I can sit and watch almost anything, you have to when you have kids though I do draw the line at Alvin and the chipmunks.

Music

Again I enjoy most types of music from heavy rock to disco. Did I just admit to liking disco, whatever next?? Aaron and I are also like a bit of robot dancing to Lady Gaga.

Interests

Anyone who knows me knows my first passion is cooking especially Indian cuisine.
I enjoy mountain biking though that has tailed off lately since I have started running.
I have always got a book on the go, biographies, Dean Koontz, Dan Brown etc.

A very proud dad

Hi I am Adrian. My son Aaron was diagnosed with Duchenne MD almost two years ago. He is now 4 years old and just getting on with his life oblivious to what the future holds. Its been hard, it will get harder but we can't give up.
There is a cure out there I am sure of it, it just takes money, alot of it.
So my aim is to raise as much money as possible to help find that cure and end this terrible illness.

I just want to tell you about a few people who I hold in high regard even if i don't tell them. Terry James who decided to stage two great events without even meeting us. Islwyn riding club for their thoughtfulness, Deliserve, my wife's employer for many years who are always very giving and my sister who never fails to amaze me.
Since we run the marathon the list of people to thank is almost endless, you are all so generous in giving money and support.
