Never mind it sometimes happen, it might be a good idea to write back and say you understand but tell him you will send him the details of the Lobby and any literature,also it might be good to make an appointment to see him at his surgery and explain what you are trying to acheive and why! building a relationship with him should pay dividends in the end .. good luck guys!!
