After talking with my old friend Dean I have decided to try and help raise some awareness and funds for the charity.
On Saturday 26th September 2009 I will be looking to do a sponsored hill walk of GlenShiel Ridge walk. The walk will take around 10 hours to complete with a total ascent of around 6000 feet.
It is scary to think that this time last year I was 4 stone heavier and could only just manage the walk round Tesco`s beer aisle!
Since Easter I have completed 13 Munro's and I am excited to now be able to something to help with the charity.
