Action Duchenne has won a bid from the Big Lottery fund to run a 5 year Transition to Adulthood Project for young people aged 13 - 19 years. If you are a parent/carer and your child will reach the age of 13 over the next 3 years come along to the workshop on Friday 4 November at 4pm to find out how they and you can get involved.
