Racenight was held at The Mill, Vowchurch, Hereford HR2 0SF, starts at 7.30. Tickets are £15 which included a welcome drink, supper and entry to "the races".

There were 8 races with 8 horses running to bet on. People could sponsor a race or be a horse owner, I set up individual pages for each race.

All races are now generously sponsored and all horses now have loving and hopeful owners, many thanks to all the supporters ofthis event and good luck!

This is how we did it:
To sponsor a race costs £10 and that race will then be named after you or your company. This will be printed on the racecards along with your company logo if you forward that to me by email. At the end of the evening we will do a Sponsors Draw, one lucky race sponsor will win a prize.

To own a horse for the evening costs £3 and your name will be read out as an owner at the start of the race. Winning owners get a 1st place rosette and entry in to the winning owners draw held at the end of the evening.

Each race had its own event page which were updated regularly to show if that race is now sponsored, and the owners of each horse. See the individual pages for instructions on how to buy a horse or sponsor a race.
