We are holding a day in Maylord Orchards Shopping Centre in Hereford inviting volunteers and members of the public to hop on an exercise bike and pedal some "miles4muscles"
The first person correctly guessing the number of miles pedalled on the bike during the day was LINDA, she was very pleased to be told she was the winner.
We pedalled 83 miles throughout the day.
Thanks to Nathan, Ellie, Lauren, Trev, Josh and Ryan for helping us get so many miles done, and thank you to Karen and Kevin for the loan of the bike.
