PaulWilkin An ex-work colleague, Stephen Kennedy, contacted me recently reminding me of a moment last year when I committed to participate in the Bupa Great North Run for charity. I did remember, but when I said that September seemed a very long way off. So I accepted and September 20th is fast approaching (to quickly if I am honest), when I will be dragging my body around the 13.1 Miles. Please give generously, this charity is close to Stephen's heart and I would really like to raise as much money as possible for this very worth cause. Cheers Paul
