We've got over 3000 people taking part in our Seeds of Hope Appeal.

Everyone from churches, schools, housing associations and individuals are taking part and planting sunflowers for Action Duchenne.

We are so happy that all these people are taking part.

A big thanks to all of you who helped by going into schools and community groups, getting people planting our Seeds of Hope.

Not only is Seeds of Hope raising money for research, but it's raising awareness in the wider community of Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy. The more people who know means more people joining our cause to find medicines and a cure.

Lots of people have set up their Stop Wasting pages and are posting pictures and raising sponsorship. Everyone who raises £40 will get a gold medal from Action Duchenne. We also have badges and silver and bronze medals to give away.

Next year, with you continued support, we'll get even more people taking part in Seeds of Hope, maybe we should enter a Seeds of Hope Garden into the Chelsea Flower Show!!
