Lap The Lough

"Lap the Lough" is a cycle ride that circles Lough Neagh. Many hundreds of cyclists enter every year and it is a great event for sponsorship. It is about 140km and myself & my wife Janet have completed it. We set up a Just Giving page to help with our fundraising and the response was fantastic. We are just a bit tired but very proud owners of two T-shirts !!
