making muscle wasting history

completed our walk which was 6-7 miles not 2.5 what we originally thaught(phew) from lord nelson stockton to transporter bridge middlesbrough.it was an enjoyable day with the weather on our side.we stopped off in boro centre to have our little picnic were we handed out awareness leaflets and action duchenne badges and got some kind donations in our bucket and collection box.when we reached the transporter a few climbed to the top(those who arn't scared of heights lol)to let our action duchenne balloons go.we also got to have a ride on the bridge which we all enjoyed so it was a good day enjoyed by all.looking forward to see how much was raised off the day . photo's on my profile and andrew harris profile if you want to take a look ♥
