10:26PM, 10 August 2009 | 0 commentsWell my surgery is booked for the 19th of August, so i begin my 7 day liver shrinking diet (only eating yoghurt) tomorrow and then will have 7 months from 19th August to lose 7 stone and raise as much as possible for Action Duchenne. So far raised £250!

03:31PM, 01 August 2009 | 0 commentsI have now found out my surgery should be carried out by 10th September. I am embarking on a life changing journey and want to use this as much as possible to benefit Action Duchenne. Please help me by supporting my weight loss efforts with encouraging comments.

Hi Julia! The BBQ was a washout but it let me check the venue and food etc, so will be using them again happy that they were fab!
Combined total raised was over £6,000 between the 8 of us :) and I have at least 2 others here who want to do a skydive for us too, so brilliant result.
