In September 2009 I will be undergoing gastric surgery to fit a gastric band. This is a major decision and drastic last resort for me to lose and maintain the weight loss needed for me to turn my life around.
Whilst it is true that the gastric band will help me to do this it is juat a tool. I will still be required to do 'all the work' and use my will power.
I have set myself a target of 7 stones to lose in 7 months.
I am asking all my friends and family to sponsor me so that my efforts will benefit a cause I feel very strongly about-Action Duchenne.
