Well my surgery is booked for the 19th of August, so i begin my 7 day liver shrinking diet (only eating yoghurt) tomorrow and then will have 7 months from 19th August to lose 7 stone and raise as much as possible for Action Duchenne. So far raised £250!

I have now found out my surgery should be carried out by 10th September. I am embarking on a life changing journey and want to use this as much as possible to benefit Action Duchenne. Please help me by supporting my weight loss efforts with encouraging comments.
