making muscle wasting history

Well my surgery is booked for the 19th of August, so i begin my 7 day liver shrinking diet (only eating yoghurt) tomorrow and then will have 7 months from 19th August to lose 7 stone and raise as much as possible for Action Duchenne. So far raised £250!
