Our special little Girl

The reason I'm involved with duchenne is my daughter has it! Yes a girl. We have been told this is the result of a gene translocation, which means she has had to use her affected X chromosome (in the majority of her cells). She is not classed as a manifesting carrier for this reason. Is anyone else in the same boat?? We don't know what the future holds but do know she is one amazing little girl and she'll fight it all the way.
