making muscle wasting history

Hi All, on Monday James broke his ankle in two placed (playing football in the garden!). He is in plaster from his hip to his toes. I wanted to thank his physio, Julie Lavery for all her help over the last couple of days as well as his OT, Helen Quigley. Also wanted to thank Kate Bushby for her prompt response on her return from holiday yesterday.

James will need to work really hard doing physio, to keep his good leg strong and also even harder to get up on his other leg.
