A colleague of mine Ian Robinson has worked with me for many years and has previously run the Cardiff Marathon to raise funds for Muscular Dystrophy. His next run is the Ras-y-Wyddfa 10k so I asked him if he would be prepared to run to raise funds for Action Duchenne and he has kindly agreed. The race is considered one of the hardest mountain races in Europe, and approx. 500 runners converge on Llanberis each year to try to accomplish the feat. The race is unique because the path changes from tarmac to a more rugged landscape, and people from all over the world come to take part.
Good luck Ian!!
