I sent a template letter to my MP Chris McCafferty (Calder Valley) West Yorkshire, about the House of Lords report on Genomic Medicines. As suggested i edited the template letter to fit my personal circumstances. I am pleased to report that she has replied to me saying she has written to the Minister of State at the Dept. of Health on my behalf and that she will get in touch with me when she hears back from him. I'm hopeful that these letters will help in moving forward the fight to find and implement treatments for DMD so come on everyone who hasn't already done so, get writing. Love eileen x
