making muscle wasting history

Me & my wife Yvonne have three boys with D.M.D. we told social services that our eldest would need full time care at college in sept 09, he only got ten & half hours which is disgraceful on our opion, our solicitor thinks we have a case for discrimenation against D.M.D. he has advise them that we want to persue them, for them to provide a break down on reasons WHY??? it takes so long to deciide how much they can afford we will up-date you,s when we find out,,,, thanks any advice would help please e-mal me.
