Great North Run
Once again I'll be running the Great North Run this year. This time round I'm raising money for Action Duchenne, details of the condition and the potential cure that the money will be used to help find can be found on their website. Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy was first brought to my attention by a friend who told me that a young lad at Sophie's school had the condition. Our Round Table donated to the charity earlier in the year and I felt it was an excellent charity to raise funds for in this year's run. Please be as generous as you can and don't forget to tick the gift aid box. I'll let you all know how I get on after the race. Many thanks, Duncan.
