Anu is a change manager, experienced NED & advisor to UK charities. With over 20 years’ experience in financial Services, she has been responsible for driving strategic change, managing risks and improving governance while bringing about digitisation and innovation in the conduct of business.

Anu is passionate about working with the non profit sector and enabling them to adapt strategy and best practices for sustainable growth. She believes that the non profits have an ever increasing role to play as the gap between demand and supply of social services continues to widen.

She would like to continue to work with the very focussed and energetic team of people at Action Duchenne in spreading awareness about muscular dystrophy and ensuring that research activities can continue to be funded as efficiently as possible.

She started her career with ABN AMRO Bank in Chennai, and has continued to work with banks ever since. She now lives in Surrey with her family.
