I am married to William, I have a daughter and two sons and live in London. My first degree was Pharmacy and I have a PhD from Kings College London, I have worked in pharmaceutical R&D for over 25 years.

After a spell with PriceWaterhouseCoopers, I moved to smaller innovative biotechnology therapy companies, and I spent five years running alliances both academic and industry for the RNA exon-skipping programmes at Prosensa Therapeutics.

I don't think anybody with a soul can avoid being profoundly impressed by the Duchenne community. I hope to contribute to the Research Committee and help out elsewhere.
