Thank you to everyone who was part of Science on Tour 2023
We have loved every minute of meeting so many of you. We have shared knowledge, experience, some tears and a lot of laughter too. We’ve learned from each other and offered support and understanding. Here are just a few of our highlights – thank you all for making it so memorable!
Knowledge is power.
If you missed out, we have our Newly Diagnosed Online Event on Saturday October 21st. Everyone is welcome – grandparents, extended family, friends and anyone who would like to know and understand more about Duchenne.
It will run from 2pm – 5pm via Zoom. We’ll go through:
- Current treatment options
- Adapting to the diagnosis
- Protecting mental health and wellbeing
- Accessing the wider world
- Life without limits
- How Action Duchenne can support you
- What to expect at the Action Duchenne Annual International Conference
And then of course, registration is still open for the Action Duchenne Annual International Conference, held in person on the 10th and 11th November.
Action Duchenne would like to thank the following sponsors who have provided financial support for this project but have no involvement in this project: HM Government (in partnership with the National Lottery Community Fund), Pfizer, PTC Therapeutics, Roche, GWF, Sarepta Therapeutics and all the individuals who made their contributions to make this project happen.
