Donate by Cheque
If you would prefer to donate by cheque, please follow the steps below:
- Make your cheque payable to Action Duchenne
- Include your full name and address so we can acknowledge your gift
- Let us know the reason for your donation (see options below)
- If you are eligible, include a completed Gift Aid declaration form to increase your donation at no extra cost. You can check eligibility at HMRC Gift Aid eligibility guidance
