Yes I Can Activity Day – Scotland
Are you aged 12 and over, living with Duchenne and live in Scotland?
Join Action Duchenne in Scotland this Summer for an accessible activity day at the National Sports Training Centre in Inverclyde.

When: Thursday 14th August 2025
Where: National Sports Training Centre, Inverclyde (Burnside Road, Largs, Ayrshire, KA30 8RW)
Who: Anyone living with Duchenne aged 12 and over, plus parents/carers & siblings
What: Join Action Duchenne’s Summer in-person activity day! Take part in a Taster-Day of accessible activities such as archery, boccia, team-building and ball sports. Lunch and refreshments included.
It’s a great chance to meet other young people living with Duchenne, take part in fun activities and find out more about our Yes I Can programme.
Held at the National Sports Training Centre in Scotland, which was fully reopened in April 2017 and has been designed for inclusivity. Many disability sports groups have utilised the centre across a range of sports, including performance squads at elite level.
The activities will be delivered by trained sports coaches and there’s no pre-experience required. This one not to miss!
