Action Duchenne Launches 2024 Design Competition

Do you love art and design? Would you like to see your design published? 

We are looking for talented young artists to help us! We need YOU to design the front cover of the 2024 Conference Brochure and our 2024 Christmas Cards. 

Interested?

THEME:  

The theme for both the brochure and the cards is ‘Celebrating Inclusivity’. We want to see what inclusion means to you, so you can design anything showing everyone being included and celebrated for who they are. 

MEDIUM: 

You can use whatever you’d like for your design: it can be drawn, painted or designed digitally. You just need to be able to send us a photo of your finished design.

CATEGORIES:

5-7 years

8-13 years

14-18 years

19-25 years

Prizes: 

Brochure Competition

There will be a 1st, 2nd and 3rd prize in each age category for the brochure. The prizes will be:

1st Prize: £50 Amazon Voucher

2nd Prize: £30 Amazon Voucher

3rd Prize: £20 Amazon Voucher

There will be 1 overall winner. The winning design will be featured on the front cover of our 2024 Conference Brochure. 

The winners in all categories will have their designs featured on the inside pages of the brochure. All entries will be included in a virtual gallery display on our website & at the Conference

Christmas Card Competition

There will be one winner in each category. The winners will receive a £50 Amazon voucher each AND have their cards printed as the Action Duchenne 2024 Christmas cards. 

The Christmas cards will be available to purchase on our website at the Annual International Conference in November.

Entries for both competitions will be displayed online for gallery view 

How to submit your design:

Deadline – Sunday 22nd September 2024  

Submit photo of your designs by email or text: dawn@actionduchenne.org   by whatsapp: T: 07985666990 along with the form below (if you prefer, the information on the form can be included in your email instead)

Have you booked your tickets for our Annual International Conference yet?

Our 2024 Annual International Conference will be held on Friday 8th and Saturday 9th November 2024. The conference brings together families, clinicians, researchers and experts for 2 days of sharing knowledge and experience. It is an amazing opportunity to come together as part of the Duchenne community. Tickets are FREE for Duchenne families and anyone living with Duchenne. We’d love to see you there.
