As part of our ongoing Science Education programme, we are running a series of Winter Webinars with some of your favourite Duchenne experts!
We are delighted to announce that Dr David Schonfeld will be hosting our first Winter Webinar.
This webinar will be held on Saturday 27th January at 5pm via Zoom
Dr Schonfeld is a regular speaker at our Annual International Conference, but was unable to join us as planned this year. Dr. Schonfeld is a developmental-behavioural paediatrician and Professor of Clinical Paediatrics at Keck School of Medicine of the University of Southern California and Children’s Hospital Los Angeles. Dr. Schonfeld frequently speaks on the topics of crisis and loss and has authored more than 150 scholarly articles, book chapters, and books. He has extensive research involving children’s understanding of and adjustment to serious illness and has spoken at our conference about how to talk to our children about Duchenne and addressing grief and loss for the entire family.
Save the Date
The Annual Action Duchenne International Conference 2024 will be held on Friday 8th and Saturday 9th November 2024.
