We are excited and super proud to share the story of two amazing gents; Danny Whitmore and Nathan Cowling, who are responsible for the phenomenally successful NHS Truckers Convoy.
In May 2020, over 100 trucks travelled from Chatteris to Peterborough City Hospital, raising £18,000 for NHS Hospital Charities.
They are back!
On Saturday 19 December, the Christmas Truckers Charity Convoy will return, in support of Action Duchenne and East Anglia’s Children’s Hospices.
This spectacular event is inspired by Danny and Nathan’s close friends Zoe and Ben and their 3 beautiful children, including Dexter who lives with Duchenne muscular dystrophy.
We need to put a smile back on these children’s faces showing that us truckers support them and everything in between.
150 trucks will drive the route between Jack’s in Chatteris, to Cardea near Stanground, Peterborough. A huge thank you to everyone taking part and to all those who have donated so generously.
We are behind you all the way and wish you the very best of luck for the big day!
We’ll be sharing the convoy route, updates and pictures in the coming weeks so watch this space!
