The 7th September each year is World Duchenne Awareness Day. This day has been given UN backing from 2024.
To honour the 79 exons on the dystrophin gene, take on the number 79 however you want to in the month of September. 0.79, 7.9, 79, 790….you choose! Do it on your own, or as a team with friends and family.
