Impact of COVID-19 on transition planning for young people with additional support needs
ARC Scotland, Lead Scotland and Contact have developed a questionnaire for parent carers to complete on the key subject of transition for young disabled people during COVID-19.
The aim is to find out from parents and carers how COVID-19 is impacting transitions planning for young people aged 14 and over with additional support needs in Scotland.
The questionnaire takes 5 minutes to complete.
The findings will shared with organisations that support young people and their families, through the transitions process to highlight the most pressing concerns for families through lockdown and beyond.
Responses will be held in the strictest confidence and it will not be possible to identify any individual or family in the published findings.
