We understand absolutely and completely how many of you are feeling today.
This lock-down has come at a notoriously difficult time in the year, with dark days, long evenings and post-holiday blues.
It is likely that Duchenne families across the four nations, and the wider community will be tested to the limit over the next few weeks and months during full lock-down.
Home-schooling again, managing complex behaviour, balancing mental health and maintaining physical activity with keeping safe are all likely to affect Duchenne families during lock-down.
We are here with you. Through the dark, we will help shine a light. Your mental health, well-being and safety are our top priority and we are working around the clock to deliver support to you all.
You will find regular updates on our COVID-19 for Duchenne advice pages, please bookmark the URL and share with your friends and family. We will be in touch again with further updates.
