Your virtual booth is a fully customisable space within our conference app.
It can display as much of the information below as you would like. If you leave a box blank, nothing will show up (e.g. if you do not provide an email address there will not be an email button).
You can specify 2 brand colours for your page. In the example image, brand colour 1 is pink/red and colour 2 is green. If you do not provide colours, then our default platform colours will be used.

What you can provide
The items you can display in your virtual conference booth page are as follows:
- Logo: 400 x 400 pix (higher is OK, but must be 1:1 w:h). Transparency will allow the Top banner to show through.
- Top banner: 1600 x 200 pix (higher is OK, but must be 8:1 w:h). If none is provided, your company name will be displayed.
- Inset image: 540 x 265 pix (higher is OK, but must be 108:53 w:h). Transparency will allow the Top banner to show through.
- Email: allows attendees (i.e. families) to contact your company by email
- Chat: allows attendees to send chat messages to your chosen team member during the conference
- Website: links attendees directly to your website
- Phone: allows attendees (i.e. families) to contact your company by phone
- About: can display text (including headings etc.), web links, images and videos (hosted on youtube or vimeo). Most iFrame content (e.g. issuu pdf reader) can be displayed. Please specify colours other than black text on white background.
- Rep details: Please let us know which of your staff you’d like to appear in your virtual booth. Individual staff members can turn on/off chat and video call functionality. This functionality is separate to chat functionality in 5.
- Address: your company address (all on one line)
- Social media: links to your social media accounts. This can include Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin, Instagram and Youtube
- Resources: presents files (e.g. factsheets) to attendees for viewing/download. Maximum size is 10MB per file. All widely used formats accepted.
